“The bathroom was virtually unfunctional. toilet didn't flush, the bathroom sinks didn't drain, the shower didn't drain, the shower controls didn't work, etc. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if it were the last place to stay in Merida.”

“Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicacion. Si buscas un lugar centrico para descansar unicamente, es tu lugar. Falta mucho mantenimiento a sus habitaciones y al lugar en general, una pena porque le hace muchisima falta.”

“Our stay was absolutely amazing! The property is stunning, the rooms are beautiful, the beds are super comfortable, and the amenities are fantastic. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the food is also great (both in the restaurant and pool bar). My husband and I also got massages and that was the best experience. There is also a great churrro and helado place within walking distance and that did not disappoint. 😉”
